Scener for iOS – FAQ, Help and Support

Scener sends movie night into the future with the first ever Bitmoji movie theater. Watch and react together like never before. With the full Bitmoji keyboard at your disposal, you can interact with others in your own unique and creative way. Or throw popcorn at your friends, and watch the chaos unfold.

If you’ve come to this page, we suspect you’re having some trouble and have created a list of common solutions to help.


What devices can I use the Scener app on?
Currently, only iOS users can use the Scener mobile app that lets you watch in the Bitmoji Theater; however, if you want to watch with others on your laptop, check out our Chrome extension!

It's laggy and taking too long to load! Help!
First, force quit the app and reopen it. Make sure that you’re not running too many apps in the background. We recommend that you minimize the other devices on your network if your internet speed isn’t always fast, and use wifi instead of cellular data (unless you have unlimited! go for it!). Next, check for updates in the App Store. We like to release new and cool updates, so stay tuned!

I can't find the app on the App Store.
Oh no! We might have taken it down to work on some really cool things, but if you want to try the beta version of our app, email us at support@scener.com. We’ll give you a super cool sneak peak of what we’re working on 🙂

Do I have to use Snapchat to log in? What if I don't have a Bitmoji?
To use the Scener iOS app, we require you to login via Snapchat. Using your Bitmoji lets you fully experience the app. The Bitmoji movie theater allows you to watch and connect with others all around the world! Message people in the theater and throw popcorn at each other.
